Manual, in 225-litre barriques for 12 months.

BOTTLE AGEING:
Minimum 6 months.

ALCOHOL CONTENT:
13%.

SERVING:
Decanting recommended; serve at 18-19C.

SERVING WITH FOOD:
Red meat dishes, furred game, matured cheeses.
COLOUR:
Intense ruby red with purple hues.

BOUQUET:
Full, complex, elegant and stylish; fruity and spicy with marked, delicate undertones.

FLAVOUR:
Heady, warm and very soft, weighty and rich. Sweet, fruity, lingering finish.

DESRIZIONE:
Thanks to its south-western exposure and the particular compositional features of the soil, our Le Borranine vineyard offers ideal conditions for quality winegrowing. The resulting wine is wellstructured with a high alcohol content and unusually generous aromas, and is extremely well-suited to ageing for months in barriques. After at least six months’ ageing in bottles, the characteristics of this wine are perfectly enhanced. This is a red table wine from the hills of central Tuscany.
