SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
we recommend decanting and serving at 18-19C.

SUITABLE DISHES:
main dishes of red meat, furred game and mature cheese.

COLOUR:
deep ruby red, with purple tints.

BOUQUET:
wide and complex, fine and elegant. Fruity and spicy with delicate and marked sensations.

FLAVOUR:
vinous and warm with great softness, body and richness. Persistent, with fruity and sweet aftertaste.

DESRIZIONE:
Ist south-western exposure and the particular composition of the soil offer "Quello" vineyard the ideal conditions for cultivating Cabernet vines. The results is a wine of great structure with high alcohol content and an unusually rich bouquet, months of mellowing in casck. Its characteristics reach their maximum only at least six months after bottling.
